WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

All sessions take place at our Private Fitness facility in Putney.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO JOIN ?

Nope. In fact, what separates us from other gyms is we welcome beginners or those who haven't done exercise for a while. You'll thrive in our friendly environment, where everyone support one another.


You won't need or feel you have to 'keep up'. You'll work to your own level and will be encouraged throughout by our team and other members

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE SESSIONS?

The Total Body Workouts are based in the main gym and involve Strength Based Exercises combined with short bursts of Cardio.

Cardio and Core Focuses on improving Cardiovascular fitness and burning calories, combined with exercises to strengthen the core

Boxing for Fitness is a workout based around boxing pad work.


Restorative Yoga is a slow stretch session with lots of relaxation

Pilates focuses on improving core strength and Flexibility

How many people in a group?

Total Body Workout - Max 12

Pilates and Yoga - Max 9

Boxing - 10

Cardio and Core - 8

We like to keep our groups small so that our trainers can keep it personal and make sure they get the most out of the session and not get lost at the back of a busy class

Can I do Yoga or Pilates as part of my 2/3 sessions per week

Yes you can.

In fact, because our members are over 40, we recommend they incorporate Yoga or Pilates (or both) into their routine, as they can help alleviate aches and pains.
