All sessions take place at our Private Fitness facility in Putney.

Small Group Pilates and Yoga - Some people who join us have problems with their backs, mobility and flexibility, but don't want to join a busy class of young yoga and pilates students. Our small groups help our members improve back pain, increase flexibility and feel refreshed
Because our groups are small, we can tailor exercises to suit all abilities and any joint or muscle limitations you may have
